# Blaken

> Luxury watch customization atelier in Pforzheim, Germany. Blaken is an independent company that customizes privately owned timepieces — it does not manufacture or sell watches, and is not affiliated with any watch brand.

Blaken offers three distinct pathways: the **Color Concept** (dials, indices, hands), the **Atelier Concept** (skeletonizing, stone setting, engraving), and the reversible **Change Concept** (performance parts, no permanent modification). Work is carried out by master watchmakers using original parts and is guaranteed for up to five years.
